Note: If you have not used the online bill pay system before you will need to register. Use "BanningCA922" as your Municipality Code. Be sure to type it as it appears here as it is case sensitive.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your account number noted. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment In Person
You may pay your bill in person at our office address during our hours. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Please note our office hours are Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm.
